Ihre Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik oder Elektrotechnik, bevorzugt in den Fachrichtungen Halbleiterbauelemente der Optoelektronik, Halbleitertechnologie (insbesondere für III/V Materialsystem), Photovoltaik oder Leistungselektronik; gerne mit Promotion und/oder Berufserfahrung Bereitschaft zum Einarbeiten in neue technische Themen Praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme der Führungs- und Entscheidungsverantwortung im Rahmen von R&D Projekten Sozialkompetenz, Fähigkeit zur lösungsorientierten Gesprächsführung Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch Die Position des Business Development Engineers eignet sich für Personen, die Spaß daran haben, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und diese in die Realität umzusetzen.
